General Manager in Legal Department: Candidates should have completed graduation in Law from a recognized University. Those who are enrolled as an advocate in any Bar council of India are eligible to apply. Post Graduates in Law with specialization in Commercial Laws/ Labour Laws will be given additional preference. Upper age limit for this post is 54 years. Apart from this, candidates should have relevant work experience as Legal Executives in reputed firms.

Chief General Manager in Human Resources: Graduate in any discipline and MBA or Post Graduation in any of the following subjects.

Graduates who have completed 2 years post graduate diploma in Personnel Management / Industrial Relations / HRM can also apply. They should have professional experience in related area. Upper age limit for this post is 34 years. Those who are belonging to SC/ST can seek relaxation in upper age limit.

Hindi Officer: Graduation in any discipline with English as one subject and Post graduation in Hindi. Candidates should have work experience in translation from English to Hindi or vice-versa preferably of technical / scientific literature. Maximum age limit is 32 years.

Junior Engineer in Mining: Those who have completed three year diploma course in Mining or Mine Surveying from a recognized university. They should have secured a minimum of 60% marks. Reserved category candidates require only 55% marks so as to be eligible. Upper age limit for this post is 31 years.
Candidates who have completed MBBS can apply for the post of Assistant Medical Officers. They should have relevant work experience in Government or Private Hospitals. Those who have passed BDS/ MDS can apply for the post of Senior Medical Officer in Dental Stream. Upper age limit is 40 years.
