Laxmi Devi Institute of Technology offers B.Tech and M.Tech courses in subjects such as Computer Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, and Electronics & Communication Engineering. Admission Process in Laxmi Devi Institute of Technology

Admission for Bachelors’ Program

Candidates who have completed Higher Secondary Course in science stream are only eligible to apply for this course. They should have studied subjects such as Physics and Mathematics as compulsory subjects. Minimum mark required for eligibility is 50%.  Those who are belonging to Scheduled caste and scheduled tribe are required to secure a minimum of 45% marks for eligibility. Candidates are required to complete 16 years of age. Those who are more than 23 years of age are not eligible to apply. Reserved category candidates can avail 3 years relaxation in upper age limit. Admission to the course is carried out on the basis of scores obtained in All India Engineering Entrance Examination (AIEEE) or Rajasthan Pre-Entrance Test (RPET).

In addition to this, candidates who have completed diploma program in respective subjects and those who have graduation in science subjects can seek admission to Bachelor programs in engineering subjects through lateral entry. Such candidates are required to secure a minimum of first class marks in qualifying examination. Final selection is carried out on the basis of scores obtained in qualifying examination and personal interview conducted by the centralized admission coordination committee of the institute.

Admission for Post graduate Programs
