Pay scale of Clinical Hospital Jobs

The pay scale of most the Clinical Jobs in hospital are considered to be high especially for doctors with super specialty. Doctors and nurses are the highly paid amongst them. A junior Doctor can enter into any of the hospitals with a salary above Rs. 20,000- 25,000 per month. A senior doctor is expected to get more than Rs.35, 000 in many government and private hospitals and it could sometimes go past six figures too. Doctors who work as Consultants are paid on hourly basis and will get around Rs.150- 200 per patient. Nurses and lab technicians are other jobs which also get good remuneration for their work. This type of job will easily get a candidate more than Rs 15,000 – 20,000 with good experience.

Pay scale of Non-Clinical Hospital Jobs

The Non-Clinical Hospital jobs are comparatively lesser paid than doctors and nurses. Most of the staffs will be working with management, finance and housekeeping or in administrative department. The salary can vary drastically within these departments. The starting salary of lower division employees will be from Rs.5000 and according to the grade and qualification the salary can go up to more than Rs. 30000 per month. Of course CEO’s and other top staff have the potential to earn up to 50,000 Rs depending on the size and location of the hospital.

Some many people around the world depend on hospitals to lead a life. Since healthcare is such a developing industry, hospital jobs are comparatively secure when compared to corporations, which may be more capricious at times. An ordinary hospital may provide employment to hundreds of employees. Since so many patients come in and out of hospitals on a daily basis, each day brings new challenges for these employees. Working in hospitals, candidates can develop certain traits like sympathetic feelings towards others, and an active mind.

Hospitals are a merging place of so many infectious diseases. So individuals should take due care working in healthcare. The hospital environments remain the same over the years. Continuously working in the medical sector becomes boredom. The time shifts in hospitals will be terribly off time. It is quite hard some for individuals to cope up with the time schedules in hospitals.
