About Paper:
The M.Tech in Production Engineering Diagnostic Maintenance and Monitoring Papers is a sub part of final semester of this course. The paper is an elective paper. This paper holds plenty of knowledge about different observational techniques. The principles and applications of thermograph, thermal power plant etc is amongst the regular topics that are asked in almost every year. The basics information’s about Diagnostic Maintenance & Monitoring and also its related methods are also included in this diagnostic paper. All the text as well as reference books that are mentioned in the syllabus and the students must have to follow these books in order to answer every question. Each one of the topics included in the syllabus has its valuable meaning and important role in the question paper.
Paper pattern:
The Diagnostic Maintenance and Monitoring Papers follow the similar pattern as arranged in other M.Tech level courses. According to the paper, there are a total of eight questions. The candidates should have to answer at least five questions out of given eight questions. The formation of almost every question is based on a short objective & long descriptive answers types. The total mark allotted per question is twenty. The candidates are asked to follow previous year questions papers in order to understand the markings and important topics that are available in maximum numbers.
Total time and marks allotted:
The complete set of M.Tech in Production Engineering diagnostic Maintenance and Monitoring Papers must have to complete within three hours. The whole paper deals with 100 marks.
