iam having 6years expierence as managing partner in tracter field & i dont have certificates of degree,can i will be eligible for a job in mining sector in goa

I am having qualification B.E.(Mining) from Bengal Engineering College, Shibpur, Howrah. Passed out in 1992. Unfortunately, didn’t get job in my field due to sudden fall in mining sector at that time. Presently, working as UDC in the Deptt. of WRI&D, Govt. of West Bengal.
