Job Profile: The Duties of Assistant Sales Manager are to recruit and licensed the FA’s (Financial Advisors). He must have knowledge of logging in applications sourced through operations department of the company. He must adhere to MetLife policies and would not mislead or misspell policies to the customers. He must act as a Team Player and give the reports of number of applications logged in everyday to the Reporting Manager without any failure.

Qualifications: Graduation or Post Graduation/ Professional Degree candidates can apply. Good MBA fresher’s with an understanding of insurance industry can also apply.

Skills required: He should have knowledge of natural market. He must have good communication skills in English and should be conversant in local language. He should also have knowledge about the insurance industry. He should be well groomed and confident and have high levels of integrity.

Note: He should have a vehicle to travel around on calls.

Experience: 6 months to 3 years experience in sales and insurance industry both.
