Job profile: The Agency Development Manager would be required to recruit advisors, make an advisor team, develop training programs, training process for the new recruits and set business targets among the Advisors. The Agency Development Manager would be required to review these targets & consistently raise them to achieve optimal efficiency in terms of sales and thereby achieving the set business targets.

Qualifications: The candidate must be a graduate in any course with a minimum of 50 % marks. The candidate also must have excellent convincing power and communicational skills. The candidate must be in the age group of 21 to 30.

Experience: 1 to 2 years of experience in sales in financial industry, good sales record and sales management role with potential to lead others will be most preferred.
