B.Sc in Food and Quality
The course deals in providing the right kind of exposure of the candidates to the several manners of food safety as well as Quality management. The course enables proper build of skills of individual candidates that are linked to the assurance in the food as well as quality management. The candidates are also briefed with a unique individual study opportunity of the subject that relate to the course. This allows complete build up of practical exposure.
Eligibility Criterion:
The candidates have to attain a minimum of 50% in their Higher Secondary Examination and have to be from a recognized board. The candidate should also be compulsorily being from a Science board recognized with the subjects that include Biology, Physics and chemistry. The candidates should also be above the age of seventeen and should be below the age of twenty at the date of final admission.
Course Outlook:
The duration of the course of Food and Quality at the under graduate level is three years. The candidates have to pass particular number of subjects in each paper, the length of the paper been one year.
