The company caters through the complete cycle of telecom services from network planning, site permitting and acquisition, installations and system engineering, testing and integration to full operational mode and also after operational services like maintenance and customer care. The key services of the company include Turnkey and RF Engineering Services, Manpower Resource Management, Telecom Operation & Maintenance.
Training: The selected candidates would have to go through a 3 months training at companies cost before actually working for the company. After successful completion of training the candidates would work as BTS Installation and commissioning Engineer.
Note: For training the candidate would have to be relocated the company has 2 training centers in Uttar Pradesh, Bihar.
Job profile: The candidate would be required to manage the field network operations and find causes for the faults in the network, prepare reports for the same and suggest solutions for the same to his senior engineer. He would also be required to submit performance reports on the network on daily and weekly basis to his senior engineer.
Qualifications: The candidate must be a BE or B.Tech (Computers, Electronics, Telecommunication)

hi ,…….i m a electronics and telecom engineer,passed in 2009,i m already placed in ACCENTURE,since the joining is not coming so i m engaged in a telecom company as a bts engineer,so all i wanna know is that……….what is the career graph of a bts engineeer…………and when the joiningh of accenture will come should i go to join accenture as a associate software engineer or should i remain in telecom field…………….and if i join accenture then will it be benificial for my career in telecom ………..please help me as i m a bit confuse…………….hope to see a good reply from your side……………thanks..!!!
