CBSE Class 12 Engineering Drawing Papers
The exam board of CBSE is one of the most recognized as well as prestigious 12th examination boards in the nation. It is recognized by the Central Government and undertakes board exam in different papers and one of the papers is Engineering Drawing.
Division of the Paper:
The paper is basically divided into main parts, Unit I and Unit II. Unit II is further sub-divided into sub-parts namely Unit II (a) and Unit II (b).
Paper pattern:
There are overall three main question in the paper. Unit I consists of one main question, divided into three sub-parts. All the three sub-parts are compulsory to attempt. The second main question two sub-parts, with each part offered in pairs, and candidates have to choose any one. Thus, there are internal options offered in the paper. The last question comes in pairs, and candidates have to choose any one and attempt it in the drawing sheet.
Markings:
The total mark of the theory paper is seventy. The first main question carries a maximum of twenty-five marks. The second main question carries fifteen marks and the last question carries thirty marks.
Time allotted for the examination:
The time duration for the paper is three hours.
