Job Responsibilities:
The person would be required to perform portfolio management agency management and increase efficiency/productivity, and reducing delinquencies. He must control fraud & perform delinquency analysis, must maintain MIS reports & portfolio analysis, perform auditing of collection agencies. He must train and develop process for training of Field Executives.

Qualifications: A candidate must be a Graduate in Commerce preferably; the organization is looking for local candidates (preferred) (up to the age of 32 years) who have an experience in Cards Collections or STPL collections. People with a Bank Experience will only be considered.

Experience: 6 to 10 years.

Pay Scale: Desired candidates would get the best compensation in the industry. Candidates who are currently at a CTC of 5 lacs and above should only apply.
