Soft Polynomials is a reputed company offering high-end training in software development and information technology. They act as an authorized training center for CDAC and offers PG diploma courses like PG-DAC, PG-DVLSI and PG-DIVESD.  Engineering graduates as well as M.Sc holders in subjects like Computer Science, Electrical and Electronics, Statistics and Applied Mathematics can apply. Minimum qualifying mark requirements falls within the limits of 50% - 55%.

Eligibility Requirements for Post Graduate Diploma in Advanced Computing

Engineering graduates in any stream are eligible to pursue PG-DAC. Those having Bachelor of Science degree (Engineering) of 4 year course duration can also apply. Apart from this, candidates with any of the following degree qualifications can also apply.

  • Associate Member of the Institution of Engineers (AMIE)
  • Master of Computer Application
  • Master of Science in Engineering
  • Master of Science in Computer Science
  • Master of Science in Information Technology
  • Master of Science in Electrical and Electronics
  • Master of Science in Instrumentation
  • Master of Science in Statistics
  • Master of Science in Applied Mathematics
  • Master of Science in Physics

Interested candidates with graduation or post graduation in Computational Sciences/Management can also join job oriented course. Anyway, eligible candidate must have passed any of the qualifying examination with a minimum of 50% marks.

Eligibility Requirements for Post Graduate Diploma in VLSI and Post Graduate Diploma in

Integrated VLSI and Embedded system Design (PG-DIVESD)

Those having engineering degree or other related qualifications like AMIE, AIETE and DoEACC B level can apply. Required qualification must be held in any of the following subjects.

  • Electronics Engineering
  • Electrical & Electronics Engineering
  • Computer Science Engineering

Those having any of the following degree qualifications are also eligible to apply.

  • Master of Computer Application
  • Master of Science in Engineering
  • Master of Science in Computer Science
  • Master of Science in Information Technology
  • Master of Science in Electrical and Electronics
  • Master of Science in Instrumentation
  • Master of Science in Electronics

In any of the cases, qualifying degree must be cleared with at least 55% marks.

Interested candidates having the required qualification can apply for their selected course, via company website. Admission to the course is done through a series of entrance exams. Critical Reasoning, Quantitative Aptitude, Data Communications, Digital Electronics, etc forms the syllabus for the entrance test.  Those who get through the entrance test (with a valid score) can pursue the course with a fee of Rs. 79,000/-.
