Company profile: IPCL is another name for this company. It is a premier company in the filed of civil works. It undertakes the projects from various govt. and private sector organization, armed forces, local bodies etc for the construction of roads, bridges and other civil works and their maintenance.

Job profile: The engineers would be required to work in different departments. The assistant engineers will be required to design, maintain and operate several systems and the junior engineers will work under the assistant engineers and support them. They will also be responsible for preparing reports and work on projects concerning their department.

Eligibility: A candidate must not exceed the age of 40 years. However, relaxation can be claimed as per the rules.

Educational Qualifications: A candidate must have a BE degree in electrical/civil/ electronics/mechanical/computers or fire safety from a recognized university with a minimum experience of 5 years in the relevant field. For a junior engineer there is no necessary requirement of work experience.

No. of posts: There are 120 posts in total which include 60 fro assistant engineers and 60 for junior engineers.

Pay scale: The assistant engineers will be given a pay scale of Rs10000-15200 and the junior engineers will be given a pay scale of Rs8000-13500.

Selection process: The candidates will have to appear for an interview/written test as decided by the organization. The candidates will also be judged on the basis of their educational qualifications and their work experience.
