Am I eligible to apply for IPS examination while doing diploma in mechanical engineering?
I am a diploma student can I apply for IPS examination and I am doing diploma after second PUC commerce and how can I join which books I refer? Can you please let me know the details on this soon? Awaiting to get the response. Thanks!

No, you are not eligible to apply for IPS Examination on the basis of Diploma in Mechanical Engineering. The basic educational qualification required for IPS Examination is "Bachelor Degree" or Graduation in any discipline. As Diploma course is not equivalent to Graduation, I am very sorry to say that you are not eligible to apply for IPS Examination. In order to appear in IPS Examination that is conducted by UPSC, you must have completed Graduation from a recognized university. I suggest you to complete Graduation after completion of Diploma course in order to get eligibility to appear in IPS Examination.

No, you are not eligible to apply for IPS examination while pursuing Diploma course. To be eligible to apply for IPS examination, you should have passed Bachelor's degree course in any discipline from a recognized university. Since, you are pursuing Diploma in Mechanical Engineering course right now, you can pursue Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering course from a recognized university to be eligible to apply for IPS examination.
