I have completed my 12th in Thane in Science stream with Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics. I have scored only 41.2% in PCM. Can I get admission directly in 2nd year Diploma in Electrical Engineering?

Yes, definitely you can get direct admission in second year of Electrical Engineering Diploma course after completion of your 12th standard with Science stream with an aggregate of 41% marks from a recognised board. Candidates who have completed two years ITI course or 12th standard from any recognised board are eligible to get direct admission in second year of three years Diploma course. But, to get admission in second year of Diploma course, you need to appear in entrance examinations like VOCLET, etc. By qualifying the entrance examination, you can get admission in second year of four years B.Tech course.
