Yes,you can study diploma after completing your 12th in Commerce.Basically,students who complete Tenth Standard join in First year of diploma.But,students who complete 12th or ITI can directly join into the Third semester(Second year).As you are interested to join in diploma,you should clear your 12th standard and then join in the diploma.
