I am Diploma in Electronics and telecommunication but when I am going to apply for the RRB JE post , there under the Education Qualification section the " Electronics and Telecommunication " together is not listed the options for me listed are :-
1. Diploma in combination of any subject stream of basic streams of electronics engineering
2. Diploma in combination of any subject stream of basic streams of communication engineering
3. Diploma in communication engineering
4. Diploma in Electronics Engineering.

Which one out of four option should I select for applying the form?

In General it should be Elecronics stream and the next subdivision will be Communication or Instrumentation or Telecommunication whatever it may be.
Getting preferred Electronics will be much safer since it is a govt job and you dont have to make a mistake while applying which il have a great impact in the future during posting into the job.
Notification must be read carefully and each exam varies differently and you have to strictly follow the procedure given in the notification.
