What minimum percentage is required in class 12th ISC board for scholarship overseas? My class 10th result was 76.4% and I also have a certificate in guitar from London college of music would it help?

There is not fixed percentage of marks required for admission abroad. You need to fulfill other criteria to get admission abroad. Different courses will ask for different scores.

Most of the colleges abroad will ask for IELTS/TOEFL score for giving admission. Just make sure you fulfill the requirement of the particular university or institute for admission.
