What kind of tangible assets can be kept as a security under Education Loan scheme of Oriental Bank of Commerce?
Respected Sir,
I would like to know that what are the tangible assets liable under Education Loan scheme of Oriental Bank of Commerce. I want to take an Education Loan of Rs. 9 Lacs for my MBA course. But I came to know that they need tangible assets as a security. Please help me. |

Since you want to take education loan of 9 lakhs, so you need to keep mortgage of property to get the loan sanctioned. There can be tangible as well as non-tangible assets kept as mortgage to get the loan sanctioned. The assets which you can keep as a security include :-
- Land - Vehicle - House - Insurances - Fixed Deposits - Other deposits like NSCs, RDs, Gold ETFs, etc. |
