whether income certificate required even though i don't want to avail any facility related to income criteria. i want to take admission to 1st yr in engineering through open catagory i.e. no any reservation

what is the purpose of transfer certificate in regarding to admission and if there is any mistake in that how could it be corrected? is there any rule that corrected mistake should be of same handwriting? if not then will it be rejected? pls tell me the answer as soon as possible..............

what all documents required for admission in engineering college as i failed in 2012 cbse exam as pcm as subject and appearing as pivate candidate in 2013 cbse exam as pcm as subject? If i required transfer certificate then which kind of transfer certificate i will get (12th passing or 12th failed) from my last school? please inform me as soon as possible its urgent.

i get admission in 2010 to enginearing 1st year in mumbai, maharshtra..but now also in 2013
i am in 1st year i can't pass beause my family problem now can i get new admission to engineaing in mumbai but i have no MHTCET cetificate 2013 ,i have 2010 now how can i get admission to enginering...? pl help or what can i do now.....?

i took admission in in a local university under b.sc program.if i leave the college ,they will provide me a transfer certificate only. will it be sufficient in place of migration?

I pass 12 sienece from Delhi board
now I want admission in Mumbai
I have marksheet ,passing certificate,and migration certificate
but in Mumbai college are demanded leaving certificate also but in Delhi board they not giving leaving certificate they give migration only
what I have to do
