Re: Minimum percentage required in graduation for B.ED?
Hi dear,
There are two ways for admission 1. Merits i.e. The Colleage takes up the application of the students and then decides the cutoff for addmissions. 2. Caste Related. here also some percentage of seats are reseverd for different caste students like BC, OBC, NT, etc. The application are scanned check and then cutoff percentage are decided by the colleage Friend Sorry to say But with your percentage it may be very difficult for you to get the addmission. Re: Minimum percentage required in graduation for B.ED?
The eligibility for B.ed is as under-
1. He must be a graduate with at least 50% marks. 2. There is some relaxation in the seats for sc/st/obc so their passing percentage is 45%. But though you are graduate but get only 43%,so you are not eligible for b.ed. |

dear friend,
As you want to go for B.ed course after completion of B.A.. Then you can go for it.. Eligibility for B.ed course:- *In a recent notification the National Council of Teachers Education (NCTE) has declared an increase in the minimum percentage required for admission to B.Ed colleges. While previously the percentage cut off was 45%, it has now been raised to 50%. The 5% increase however, has not been relished by the various B.Ed colleges. So, the percentage criteria is different in different colleges.. You just check out the percentage criteria of the college in which you want to take admission.. All the best.. |

Re: Minimum percentage required in graduation for B.ED?
To apply in B.ED minimum 50% marks is necessary in graduation for general students. 5% marks relaxation is given to the SC and ST students. In B.ED there is a cut off mark in selecting the student for adamission in different institute.

Re: Minimum percentage required in graduation for B.ED?
Hello Dear,
you are not eligible to take admission in B.Ed because there is essential requirement of 50% marks in the graduation. But if you belong to SC/ST cast then you are able to get relaxation of 5% in the graduation ( it means if you have 45% marks in graduation then you are able to take admission in B.Ed) .........................Best of Luck......................... |
