At the age of 17 you can first apply for NDA entrance exam conducted by UPSC
you can also apply in the age of 18 also Then you have an exam conducting by UPSC After passing this you wilk have a medical test and a three stage interview After passing this all you got seletion in NDA |

1.students who have completed their 12th standard are eligible for NDA exam. 2. your age should be in between 16.5 to 19 years. 3.Only unmarried male candidate are applicable. SELECTION PROCEDURE FOR NDA EXAM:- 1) Written test which is conducted by UPSC. Subject Code Duration Maximum Marks Mathematics 01 2 Hours 300 General Ability Test 02 2 Hours 600 Total 900 2)Personal Interview. and medical test I f you have completed your 12Th examination with Maths and Physics as a compulsory Subjects, then you are eligible for Naval Wings of NDA, otherwise you have to apply for Army Wings. |

Dear friend, NDA exam will be organised by UPSC twice a year in the month of april and august.Applying age for Nda is between 16 1/2 to 19.It consist of 3 wings -
1>ARMY 2>AIRFORCE 3>NAVY The exam consist in 2 parts- 1 Mathmatics 2 general apptitude test(english, history, physics, chemistry, current affairs and general knowledge) -- mathmatics consist of 300marks of 120 questions and in general aptitude test it consist of 600marks of 150 questions and time duration is 2:30hours for each. |

i m trying to give you detail about nda, for nda age limit; 16.5 to 19 yrs eligibility: For Army and navy - class 12th any stream and Air Force- class 12th with physics and maths Gender- Male Only there wioll b 2 papers,1 is maths which must be of 300 marks and 2nd of gk which is of 900 marks and contain: history geography economics biology physics chemistry and ENGLISH, there is negative marking for each wrong answer 1 marks deducted ,and for forms detail you can go through UPSC website and Employment News. it occur twice in year nda-1 in month of augest and nda-2 in month of april after clearing NDA exam, You will be called for 7 day SSB Interview best of luck |

National Defence Academy Examination Eligibility Criteria: Age: 16˝ to 19 years. Marital Status and gender: Unmarried male candidates Educational Qualification: (i) For Army wing of National Defence Academy :- 12th Class pass of the 10+2 pattern of School Education or equivalent examination conducted by a State Education Board or a University. (ii) For Air Force and Naval Wings of National Defence Academy and for the 10+2 (Executive Branch) Course at the Naval Academy :- 12th Class pass of the 10+2 pattern of School Education or equivalent with Physics and Mathematics conducted by a State Education Board or a University. Candidates who are appearing in the 12th Class under the 10+2 pattern of School Education or equivalent examination can also apply for this examination. You are not eligible to give the NDA entrance exam after 10th class because the minimum educational qualification required for the NDA entrance exam is 12th class from any recognized Board.
So friend first of all you have to complete your 12th class and then you are eligible to apply for the NDA entrance exam. Hello,
NDA normally demand you to be medically fit and have good eyesight As part of the selection procedure you will need to undergo a physical fitness test. Eye check is part of it. You need to have a clear vision to clear this round. You should have clear vision without glasses. But this is curable. You can have a laser operation for it after you qualify the written test. The operation cost is around 50 grands but it may vary. Kindly refer a good eye hospital. You will get complete details over there. 6/6 is mostly required. good luck |

NDA - National Defence Academy, the entrance exam for which is conducted by UPSC twice every year as NDA-I and NDA-II for entry in to Indian Army, Navy and Air Force wing of NDA.
Eligibility Criteria for NDA:- -The candidate must be an unmarried Indian male only -Should have either appear for the final 12thexam or pass in any stream from a recognised Board. -Should be within the age of 16.5 to19 years of age -Should have possessed good Physical and Mental health The candidate having Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics in 12th level is eligible to apply for all the three wings of NDA but candidate without the above subjects is only eligible to apply for Indian Army of NDA. Army wing Navy wing Air Force wing The complete selection procedure would involve NDA Exam Interview Medical Test Here is the detailed eligibility criteria to apply for this Exam. One should have completed 12th class with any of the stream to apply for Army wing. But to apply for Navy and Air Force wings, it is must that you should have completed your 12th class with Mathematics and Physics as the compulsory subjects. No minimum percentage of marks are required for the candidates in 12th class to apply for this Exam. Candidates who are pursuing final year of 12th class can also apply for this Exam but they should be able to show the proof of passing in 12th class when they appear for Interview. Candidates should possess an age between 16.5 years to 19 years to apply for this Exam. No relaxation in upper age limit will be provided for the candidates of any category. The nationality of the candidate should be India to apply for this Exam. Only unmarried male candidates are eligible to apply for this Exam.
