Many of these companies will recruit the candidates who have completed their Engineering by
Campus Placements
Off Campus Placements
Job Melas etc.

They even conduct direct walkins also for the candidates to recruit various entry level positions.

As per eligibility criteria,
-The candidate should be of career 60 in order to be eligible for the recruitment procedure in the sense the candidate should have scored minimum of 60% of marks in all the academic levels throughout the career.

-There should not be any pending backlogs.

-The academic gap should not be more than 2 years.

Coming to your academic profile.
As you have not secured 60% of marks in your 12th class, you are not at all eligible to apply for job opportunities in these companies.

But you don't need to worry about much regarding this.

Because, there are so many small companies which will recruit the candidates of Engineering even though they are not of career 60.

You can apply for jobs in those companies and get work experience for 1-2 years and then make your entry into leading MNCs.

This would be better for you.

sir i have 55% in b.e but i have 74 and 72% in 10 and 12 respectively. am i eligible for sitting in any company. my branch is cse.
