BBA refers to Bachelor of Business Administration and same is bachelor degree course of three years divided into six semesters.

The minimum educational requirement for pursuing BBA degree course is a higher secondary school degree with 50% marks with English as one of the main subjects from a recognized board.

So having completed your Class 12th with 63% marks you are eligible for pursuing BBA degree course if you have studied English as main subject at your higher secondary level.

BBA stands for Bachelor of Business Administration and it is three year vocational course.

Candidates passed 12th from a recognised board are eligible to appear for entrance examination conducted by different institutes and universities for admission in course.

In some of the universities it is mandatory to have mathematics as main paper in board examination. So, you will be not eligible to get admission in these institutes.

So, visit the institutes for details about entrance examination and eligibility for admission.

Maths is not a mandatory subject to pursue BBA. Maths is not so important but its better to have clutch in it. BBA is a subject where algebra and statistics are necessary.
So please keep practicing algebraic and statistical maths as much as you can.

Although Maths is not compulsory but major subjects of BBA are:

Business mathematics and statistics

Business economics

Introduction to operations research

Financial and management accounting

Marketing management

Business laws

Personal management and industrial relations

Business data processing

You can get admission in BBA right after 12th if you wish to start career in business management.

As you mentioned, mathematics was optional subject in intermediate means you didn't learn mathematics 11th & 12th.

There is nothing to worry about, whatever you mathematics you learn in 10th, you need to be sure on that, because it's basic.

Entrance Exam:-

To seek admission in BBA graduation course, you have to attempt entrance exams different for different universities but content more likely the same. There will be one section of numerical ability which need to solve. Here, you have to practice some mathematics which belongs to 11th , 12th.

Joining tutorials might help you to save some time of understanding which should be consumed in practicing it.Hope this answer satisfied your query.

BBA refers to Bachelor of Business Administration and as the name suggests it is a bachelor degree course in commerce with good career scope.

The basic educational qualification required for pursuing BBA degree course from a recognized college you are required to have completed your Class 12th in any discipline with English as main subject with at least 50% aggregate from a recognized board of education.

So as far as you are concerned about your eligibility for pursuing BBA degree course having Mathematics as an optional subject at your Class 12th level then it is quite clear from above mentioned eligibility criteria that there is no requirement of Mathematics as main subject for pursuing BBA and hence if you have studied English at your +2 level then you are certainly eligible for pursuing BBA degree course.

If we are talking about India exclusively then it is not necessary that one should have maths in class 12 to pursue BBA, but it is always advisable to choose maths in class 12. Since in BBA you will have to deal with math related subjects like accounting and statistics. If you have knowledge about accounting and statistics that would suffice. Some universities like Delhi University and Mumbai University don't require math as main subject in 12th class. So you can opt for such universities whereas universities like NMIMS school of commerce do require a math.
