I m doing diploma from P.S.B.T.E. can after diploma i apply for iit i m not done +2 i m doing diploma in civil engg. After 10th.

As far as qualification is concerned, you are surely eligible to apply for IIT-JEE
after doing diploma in engineering.

You can apply for the entrance exam during your final year of diploma and in
next year only. Only two consecutive attempts are allowed for the exam.

The syllabus for the entrance exam remains the same for 12th passed and
diploma holder candidates. So, you will have to study the 11th and 12th class PCM
very deeply.

The same way you can apply for AIEEE too.

Eligibility for IIT-JEE

You can surely give the exam..

The criterion for you will be the same as for other students..only in placeof the 12th percentage..your B.Tech percentage will be taken into account..

You can appear for the exam in your final year of diploma..

You should have a score of 60% or above in your diploma as aggregate..

Mohammad, sorry to say but you are not eligible for IIT-JEE!
QUALIFICATION FOR IIT: FOR IIT you have passout 12th with PCM, after sumbit a form you will attemp written exam.and get abetter rank join IIT.

But i want to suggest you are eligible for B.E. second year by lateral entry.so you have a chance to join this course.a lot of future after diploma and B.E. also.

There is not any shortcut to enter in IIT for engineering. Only one way to enter in IIT & your engineering duration is 4th year, there is no option for lateral entry(B.Tech 2nd year). If you fulfill the criteria as 12th pass PCM with 50% marks or as equivalent it, then absolutely you are eligible for IIT-JEE entrance exam.

But against this there are many university, who provide you admission in B.Tech 2nd year after Polytechnic Diploma in engineering.
