No there is not any age relaxation in Combined defence service examination even if you have a NCC certificate.
For NCC candidates there is another entry scheme named as NCC special entry scheme. But for the Combined defence service examination there is not any relaxation in age for the reserved category or any category students.

The age limit for the combined defence service examination is given below:

Indian Military Academy 19-23 Years

Air Force Academy 19-23 Years

Naval Academy 19-22 Years

Officers’ Training Academy 19-25 Years

The combined defense service exam is conducted by union public service commission for recruitment of candidates in the following:
Indian Military Academy
Naval Academy
Air Force Academy
Officers Training Academy

The age limit for each of them varies and are as follows:
Indian Military Academy- 19-24 years
Naval Academy- 19-22 years
Air Force Academy-19-23 years
Officers Training Academy-19-25 years

Age criteria for different CDS exams -

1. Indian Military Academy (IMA) = 19 to 23 years .
2. Naval academy = 19 to 22 years .
3. Air Force Academy = 19 to 23 years .

So there is no relaxation for the general or even for the NCC certified candidates .

I feel sorry to say but there is no age relaxation in CDS exams for any category (including your requested general category), even if anyone is holding NCC's "C" certificate.

Age limit for different aspects of CDS exams can be found below:

19-24 Years Indian Military Academy
19-22 Years Naval Academy
19-23 Years Air Force Academy
19-25 Years Officers’ Training Academy

And there is one more very general eligibility criteria for writing the CDS exam that "candidate must be unmarried graduate".

However if you are a holder of NCC's "C" certificate, there is an advantage for you that is "as you must know the CDS exam is divided into two parts first written exam and second SSB (Services Selection Board) interview, so the advantage for you is NCC's Special Entry Scheme, which enables you to to appear directly for SSB interview for Short Service Course (Non Technical) at Officers Training Academy, Chennai". But don't forget there are some criteria for this as well. You can find those criteria at:

combined defence service organized by upse every year. because you are belong to general candidate, so no age relaxation for you,if your are under 19 to 23 so u can apply for cds otherwise u have NCC candidate then u have a special entry to defence.

No,there is no special relaxation for ncc certificate.

CDS examination consist of Indian Military Academy,Indian Navy,Air force and Officer Training Academy.

Age limits :-

The applicant should have a 19 years to 24 years for Indian Military Academy.

The applicant should have a 19 years to 22 years for Indian Navy.

The applicant should have a 19 years to 23 years for Air force.

The applicant should have a 19 years to 25 years for Officer Training Academy.

The applicant should have a graduate degree from any recognized university or equivalent qualification.Those in the final year of degree course can also apply for this examination.

my date of birth is 3rd january 1993.
so, can i join in nda 2012 exam-1 or 2.
if not, any other way to join army wing.

All category candidate are treated as one for CDS exam and their is no age relaxation for this exam.CDS stands for Combined Defense Service exam,this exam is held twice in year and exam is conducted by UPSC.

Eligibility for CDS examination:
Educational Qualifications:
For IMA /OTA : A degree from a recognized University or equivalent.
For Naval Academy: B.Sc. with Physics and/or Mathematics or Bachelor of Engineering.
