Respected Sir, I have good Physical fitness such as my height, weight and chest, but I wear spectacles with 2 point power. I want to know am I eligible for any divisions in Police Department? if I have a weak eyesight? If yes then please tell me the procedure of applying.

There are following eye sight required to appear for the police test.

Eye sight required:
Distance vision of 6/6 to 6/9.
Near vision of 0.6 to 0.8 points.

If you meet the above eligibility then feel free to apply for the police exam.

To eligible for the Police vacancies, you should have the following eye sight.

6/6 to 6/9 eye sight.
0.6 to 0.8 points required to apply for the police department.
