Yes,you are eligible for CDS exam.There is no percentage of marks needed in CDS exam.

CDS(COMBINED DEFENCE SERVICE) exam is conducted by the UPSC two times in a year.

ELIGIBILITY:

Degree holders are applicable

Age limit for this exam 19-24 years.

Candidate should be a citizen of india.

Candidate should be Physically fit

Unmarried male candidates are applicable.

Yes of course , you are eligible to apply for CDS exam .

CDS Stands for Combined Defence Service Examination and this examination is conducted by Union Public Service Commission .

CDS II Dates :-

• Date of Notification :- 02/06/12
• Last date of receipt of application :- 02/07/12
• Date of examination :- 16/09/12

CDS examination is conducted for recruitment of :-

• Indian Military Academy (IMA)
• Indian Air force Academy (AFA)
• Indian Naval Academy (NA)
• Officer Training Academy(OTA)

IMA / OTA :- Completed graduate degree with any discipline of a recognized University or equivalent qualification .

NA :- completed B.Sc with Physics and mathematics OR Engineering of a reputed University or equivalent qualification .

AFA :- completed graduate with any desire subject and have a physics and mathematics at 12th level of a recognized University OR Engineering of a reputed University .

Age limits :-

IMA :- 19 years - 24 years of age .
NA :- 19 years - 22 years of age .
AFA :- 19 years - 23 years of age .
OTA ;- 19 years - 25 years of age .

Note :-

• Final year candidates are eligible to apply for this examination .
• No upper age limits for this examination .
• No minimum marks required for this examination .

CDS stands COMBINED DEFENCE SERVICE

CDS examination is conducted by the UPSC twice in a year. This exam is conducted for the selection of candidate as an officer in Air force, Army and Navy.

Educational Qualification :-

For IMA /OTA : A degree from a recognized University or equivalent.
For Naval Academy: B.Sc. with Physics and/or Mathematics or Bachelor of Engineering.
For Air Force Academy: B.Sc. of a recognized University or equivalent with Physics and/or Mathematics as subjects or Bachelor of Engineering.

You have completed B.Sc degree so you are applicable for CDS exam

Eligibility for the CDS Exams:

Education:
Indian Military Academy (IMA) - Graduation Pass in any Stream
Officers Training Academy (OTA) - Graduation Pass in any Stream
Indian Airforce- Graduation Pass with Physics and Mathematics as subjects in class 12th or BE/BTECH
Indian Navy - BE/BTECH


AGE LIMITS-
IMA- Between 19- 24 years
OTA Between 19- 25 years
NAVY - Between 19- 22 years
AIR FORCE - Between 19- 23 years

Only MALE candidates can apply all the wings
FEMALE candidates are allowed to apply for the OTA wing only

You could possibly apply for the CDS Exam as it offers you to join in defence forces of india.

Having mentioned that you are doing your 2nd year in B.sc it is better that you continue your studies and finish it in order to apply for the exam as per the Education standards framed for the exam.

The Education qualification for the CDS Exam states that the candidate appearing for the exam must have completed a degree from a recognized university with a fair percentage in order to be eligible.

There are certain other standards which you need to satisfy and they are:

# Nationality

# Martial Status

# Age limit

# Education qualification

# Physical standard.

If you satisfy them all for the exam then you can apply for the CDS exam

Yes, you are eligible for CDS exam, if you have completed graduation. There is no percentage criteria, but you should fulfil the age criteria as well.

CDS- Combined Defence Services

You can join Indian Defence through qualifying CDS exam.

For CDS exam, You should have completed graduation from a recognised university.

The age required for CDS exam is between 19 years to 25 years. The age criteria is different for different wings of Indian defence.
