Am I eligible for a job in Public Sector after scoring 80% in Matriculation, 78% in Intermediate exam


Sir, i am 2nd year civil engg. with about 80% but in matriculation 78%, intermediate exam 56% and a fresher student .is my life will secure in psu's i.e. am i eligible? also suggest for better future.

Yes you are eligible for public sector job. For non-technical posts You can join LIC, GIC and other public sector insurance companies, SBI and other nationalized banks. To join at clerical level minimum qualification may vary from 12th standard passed with 60% marks to graduation in any stream. To join in these public sector companies at officer or administrative officer level minimum qualification may vary from simple graduation to graduation with 50%a marks or 55% or 60% marks. After completing BTech you can join technical posts in Public sector companies at junior officer or managerial level through GATE, IES and other exams and interviews.
