After completing my 10th standard,am i eligible to join in the indian airforce

Iam sorry to say this you are not eligible for Indian airforce because only after completion of 12th standard you are eligible for Indian airforce with the NDA(National Defence Academy) exam.

NDA exam is conducted by the UPSC two times in a year.


Eligibility criteria:-

The candidate should be complete 12th standard from any recognised board.

Percentage is not required to apply this exam.

12th standard exams appearing candidates also eligible.

You must a a citizen of india.

You should be physically fit.

Only unmarried male candidates are eligible i.e girls are not eligible for NDA exam.

The age limits are 16.5years to 19years,

No upper age relaxation.

SSB Interview,

Medical test.

No, you cannot apply for Indian Air Force after class 10th.

Currently candidates can apply for Air Force only after completing minimum class 12th.

The exam is conducted by National Defence academy ( NDA).

Eligibillity for NDA exam -

Class 12th with Physics and maths with 50% mark.

Age between 16.5 -19 years.

Candidate must be unmarried.

So, you should first complete your intermediate with good marks , then only you can apply for NDA exam and follow your dream to be in Indian air Force.

Sorry to say that you are not eligibal for navy & air force first you passed 12th than you eligibal for navy for the post of ssr and aa and airforce for the post of airman[x & y grade] at present you are eligibal for nda

Sorry to say but no you are not eligible to join Indian Air Force after completing your 10th.

If you wish to join the Indian Air Force , then you can do this through the following :

a) NDA

b) CDS

But these two examinations has some eligibility criteria that you have to fulfill in order that you can appear in these examinations. After that if you successfully crack any one of the exams mentioned above , you can join the same.

The Eligibility Criteria for NDA Exam are :

* You must have passed 12th standard with PCM from any recognized board.

* Your age should lie in between 16.5-19 years.

* You must be an unmarried male.

* You must be an Indian Citizen.

* You must be physically fit.

The Eligibility Criteria for CDS Exam are :

* You must have completed your graduation from any recognized college/university.

* Your age should lie in between 18-24 years.

* You must be an Indian Citizen.

* You must abe physically fit.
