Hello Friend!

YES of course, you are eligible to appear in NDA Exam while perusing NDA exam but if you are getting Selected to join NDA then you have to withdraw from B.Tech course. NDA entrance examination is conducted by UPSC twice in year generally as NDA-I & NDA-II. NDA-I Exam for this year is already over but you can apply for NDA-II which is yet to be held.

Through NDA you can join Indian Army/Navy/Air Force.

>>Age for NDA: Age should be in between 16.5 to 19 years.

>>Nationality: You should be Indian National.

>>Gender for NDA: You should be Unmarried.

>>Marital Status: Unmarried.


>>Physical Standard for NDA: You should be Physically & Mentally sound.

Yes, you are eligible to join NDA while pursing your B. Tech. studies provided you fulfill all the eligibility criteria.

NDA - NATIONAL DEFENCE ACADEMY exam conducted by UPSC two times every year as NDA-I and NDA-II for entry in to Indian Army, Navy and Air Force wing of NDA.

ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA TO APPLY FOR NDA:-

-The candidate must be an unmarried Indian male
-Should have completed 12th in any discipline from a recognised Board
-Should be within the age of 16.5 to 19 years of age
-Should have possessed good physical and Mental health.

The selection is through written exam followed by personal interview along with Physical Fitness and Medical Test.

If you are interested you may apply for the NDA-II 2012 exam , the notification for which will come out in the month of May 2012 followed by exam during August 2012.
