sir, iam mohit kumar. i am in class 12 in this year. i want to join nda but my chest is less than 81cm.so please tell me that i am eligible for nda or not.please.........

Dear Friend

According to the eligibility criteria of NDA examination the minimum acceptable chest
measurement is 81 cms for FULLY EXPANDED CHEST.
Also, the minimum permissible range of expansion after full inspiration is 5 cms.

If you don't stand well on the above mentioned criteria then should try to achieve
the capability to stand on these criterion.

I would suggest you to do early morning running and exercises.
If you want to get things done in the minimum possible time then you should
take help from Gym.

You can apply for NDA having a chest of 81 cms according to the eligibility criteria.
Also, you have to stand on the other eligibility criteria given below :
1. The candidate must be an Indian.
2. The candidate must have passed the 12th class examination or any equivalent examination with a minimum of 60% marks.
3. The age limit is - 16.5 years to 19.5 years.
