Hello sir, I have passed 10th standard, but I am handicapped, but not like all i can do anything with no problem i have only one problem my left hand doesn't work properly. Please tell me am I eligible to be a Loco Pilot in Indian Railway? Other job opportunities in Railway for me?

Look for eligibility to Person with Disability (PWD) quota one need to have 40% disability or else he/she might not get eligible under that quota and neither they can avail reservation in any Govt Job. If yes, then there are many jobs available to PWD individuals, in Railway in the post of Loco pilots PWD individuals are restricted but don't worry prepare for NTPC or in technical branch(prescribed qualification needed), sit for railway posts under SSC CGL and UPSC exam.
