If your age is below 19 years on the last date of NDA application then you are applicable for NDA exam .Because the maximum age limit for NDA exam is 19 years old.

NDA stand for National Defence Service Exam.This exam is conduct twice time in a year.

If you have completed 12th standard from recognized board are applicable for NDA exam.Science streams are applicable for all wings but commerce and arts streams are applicable only Army wings.

They are not require any kind of marks criteria.Minimum Qualification of this exam is 12th standard.But you must be fit in medical standard also.

But your age should be in between 16.5 to 19 years.There is no age relaxation for NDA exam.

Only unmarried male candidate are applicable for NDA exam.You must have citizenship of India.

• Height : minimum 162.5 cm and more than this
• Weight : in between 60 to 80 kg
• Vision : minimum visual acuity 6/6 in one eye and 6/9 in another

The NDA II exam date already announced if you want to apply for NDA then you can apply through online or offline mode.

• Date of commencement of notification : 05-05-2012
• Last date for the receipt of completed application forms : 04-06-2012
• Date of NDA II Exam : 19-08-2012

NDA Stands for National Defence Academy Examination , this examination is conducted by Union Public Service Commission twice in a year .

You can join any one of the following Defence services by cracking this examination .

-Army wings
-Navy wings
-Air force

Minimum Height :-

~~Army wings :- Acceptable height is 157.5 cms .

~~Navy wings :- Acceptable height is 157 cms .

~~Air force :- Acceptable height is 162.5 cms .

Chest should be well developed. Fully expanded chest should not be less than 81 cms. The minimum range of expansion after full inspiration should be 5 cms.

Additional Requirements :-

-Running : 2 to 4 Km. in 15 minutes
-Skipping
-Pushups : Minimum 20 each Sit-ups
-Chin ups : Minimum 08
-Rope Climbing : 3 to 4 meters.

You have to pass 12th examination from a recognized School or equivalent qualification and those who are appearing in the final year of 12th exam may also eligible to apply .

You must have a minimum 16.5 years and maximum 19 years and there is no relaxation given to the reserved categories . Unmarried male candidates are eligible to apply .

So the highlighted lines mean that you are not eligible for the NDA exam anymore.

But still you can try.

The NDA II exam date have already been announced.
Iif you want to apply for NDA then you can apply through online or offline mode.

*AT the time of admission in NDA you must have minimum of 16 and 1/2 years and maximum of 19 years,.

*exam will held every year in april and may.

Eligibility criteria:

The candidate must have the mathematics physics and chemistry subjects for the indian air force and navy.

The candidate minimum age is 16.5 and maximum age is 19 years.

The no. Of attempts for the general category is 4 attempts

obc candidates is 7 attempts
