As far as you degree is concerned, you are eligible for pursuing PhD. You haven't mentioned your aggregate marks, which makes it difficult to provide you the proper information you require.

However, i would like to inform you that certain college/university also offers you PhD if your aggregate marks is 40% or above. You would be asked to give a presentation on a topic related to the course, followed by a personal round of interview.
