GATE stands for (Graduate Aptitude Test) and this Entrance Examination conducted for the purpose of get admission for Engineering course for Master degree courses like Mtech/M.E course in various colleges.

Eligibility Criteria required for GATE Entrance Examination ::

To be eligible for GATE Entrance Examination, A candidate should be passed in (B.Tech. or B.E. course) in any specialization from recognized university. Final year students are also apply for GATE entrance exam.

The Applicant age should above the 21 years in order to appear in this GATE Entrance Examination .

::Suggestion::

Since, You're Engineering 4th semester. I suggest you to apply for apply for Bachelor degree B.E course, then definitely you're applicable for GATE Entrance Examination.
