If you are interested in income tax officer Jobs than you have to appear in the SSC conducted Combined Graduate Level exams

This Exam is conducted by SSC each year.


ELIGIBILTY to apply for this exams is

Graduation pass in any stream
No Minimum Percentage is required in Graduation
Final year Graduation students cannot apply

AGE- Minimum 18 years
Maximum 27 years
AGE Relaxations- 3 years for OBC candidates, 5 years for SC/ST candidates


Questions will be asked from the Below Sections in this Exams:
>> General Intelligence and Reasoning
>> General Awareness
>> English Comprehension
>> Quantitative Aptitude


So, you can apply for this exams next year after passing your Graduation.

Income tax officer exam is conducted by the SSC(Staff Selection Commission). The details has been given below.


Eligibility criteria:-

Candidate should be complete graduation in any stream from a recognised university.

Final year candidates can also be eligible.

Percentage is not an issue to apply this exam.

Candidate must be an Indian origin.


Age criteria:-

The age limits are 18 years to 27 years,

3 years age relaxation for OBC candidates,

5 years age relaxation for SC/ST candidates


Selection process:-

Written exam,

Personal interview.


Syllabus:-

General english,

General awareness,

Reasoning,

Quantitative aptitude.

Candidates must be complete Graduation in any stream with min of 60% aggregate from a recognized University

Final year Candidates also eligible for apply

Candidates age limit between 21 to 30 years

The upper age relaxation as per govt rules

3 years age relaxation for OBC Candidates

5 years age relaxation for SC/ST Candidates

Examination Pattern :

There are two phases of examination

one is Preliminary Examination

second is final examination

Candidates successful to complete final examination will go to the Interview

I had been finished diploma in tool and die engineering with 72% am I eligible to write the exam. I finished my diploma in geede technical training institute ,coimbatore. please kindly do the need full idea.
