is there any group discussion will be conducted across india for software jobs?

Group Discussion is one of the elimination round in recruitment process which is conducted by most of the companies for testing the candidate's communication skills.

Most of the companies conducts Group Discussion as second round for candidates who had qualified first round i.e., written aptitude test. Candidates those who qualify in Group Discussion round are allowed to participate in next round which may be Technical round or HR round.

Most of the companies conducts Group Discussion for selecting the candidate who have good communication skills. But, it is not mandatory to have Group Discussion round in every company recruitment process. It's up to company whether to conduct Group Discussion or not in the recruitment process.
