Re: Appearing for IIT and 12th this year after failing in 12th last year. Any problem?
hello nikbesra
first of all there is no problem in giving iit even after failing once in 12th board. but i would like to tell u that if u r not able to cope up with 12 class studies it would be very very hard for u to pass iit level of iit is too high. if u want to carve out your future in better way u should get on studies as soon as possible and for that u have to give min 6-8 hours every day . this would be my most humble advice |

HI,
IIT dont bother about you failed in 12th and then restudied, its not a problem but you must score 60% in board and you want to pass in iit entrance test .Entrance mark is more important than board but you want to score minimum marks given by iit in category wise . |

no there is not such rule ,you can take the exam next year but make sure to score more than 60% in 12th this time .
and the next thing that you have to keep in mind is that next year will be your last chance to appear in IIT-JEE ,so try to work hard and also join some good coaching institute. you can also apply for AIEEE next year. |

no, there is no rule like that. You are eligible to give iit exam and try to achieve 60% or more marks in 12th class because it is necessary to get admission in iit college.

Re: Appearing for IIT and 12th this year after failing in 12th last year. Any problem?
My friend for appearing in the IIT entrance exam you shoulds at least score 60% marks in the 12th standard with the science subjects(i.e PCM). So just try your level best to do it and than you can worry about the IIT. Best of Luck.
And there is no such rule as you mentioned in your question. Thanks. |
