I am pursuing BA(Hons) spanish from Delhi University. Is my degree equivalent to normal graduation degree and am I eligible to give civil services entrance exam?

Government of India and UGC has issued a notification F. No. UGC/DEB/2013 dated 14.10.2013 in which it is clearly said that degree awarded by open and distance learning institutes have equivalence at par with conventional Universities/institutions.

So, therefore your BA (Hons) spanish is equivalent to normal graduation degree and you are eligible for civil services entrance exam which is conducted by UPSC twice in a year to fill the administrative posts in ministries/departments of govt. of India.
