ELIGIBILITY FOR ATTENDING INTERVIEW IN CAMPUS PLACEMENTS


The basic eligibility criteria to attend the campus interview are as follows....


-> 60 % above in 10th,12th and B.E degree..

-> No current arrears..

-> Maximum of 3 years study gap...

-> Good communication and Technical skills....


POINTS TO NOTE :

-> Basically in campus placements, you will be having 4 important rounds...


-> Aptitude Test.

-> Group Discussion.

-> Technical Interview.

-> HR Interview.


-> To prepare for Aptitude Test there are many books like R.S.Agarwal which is one of the best available in the market, just buy those books and prepare daily...

u need to have ur 10th and 12th percentage atleast 60%or more.. and your graduation b.tech degree should be of 60% or more.. 1 year of educational gap is permissible for every campus interview..
while TCS permits even two years of gap...for INFO and WIPRO companies ,you need 70%in 10th and 12th.. and an aggregate of 65%or more of your graduation b.tech degree....

>> Above 60-70% Aggregate marks before the last semester
>>No Current Arrears should be present
>>Only through written exam ,you can go to other rounds.
These are basic requirements for to attend the campus.

In Campus:

There will be 4 rounds.
1.Written exam -aptitude
2.Technical
3.Group Discussion
4.Personel Interview

In this Ist three will be differ in some of the companies.
Prepare yourselves for the exams.

Basic requirement are

1) Resume
2) minimum 60% in your academics
3) details about the project you did during the course
4) good communication skills
5) written test, aptitude test, group discussions, personal interview with HR.

1.One must have 60%aggregate throughout the career..

2.One should not have any due backlogs..

3.One should not have any study gap more than 2 years..

These are the criteria needed to appear in a interview..

Beside these to crack the interview you need to be good in-

You should be having minimum aggregate of 60%
you should not have any backlogs
you should be thorough with companies details(like its employees stength,start date,salary offered,branches)
you should be good in you technical subjects.

TCS is one of the best IT-Solution cum outsourcing company in world as well as No.1 MNC in India,having employee near about two lakhs till 2011-12.

In campus requirement they take aptitude test and then Technical interview with HR interview in a same table according to their need.

According to me you should get prepared for the TCS requirement six months before they come to the process.

1:According to me,maintain a time table to allow yourself to devote minimum 6-8hrs per day for the aptitude and technical interview

2:Study the Syllabus of any of your two basic subjects.

3:Then try to collect the base or main material of any subject.

Basically,they test your technical base knowledge in C,C++,Java and your favorite subject
