Dear friends.. I am currently finishing my studies to obtain a M.Tech., degree in Polymer nanotechnology from Central Institute of Plastics Engineering and Technology (CIPET), and already i have finished my M.Sc., in Chemistry now i like to do my Ph.D., in abroad with good stipend because at least here after i have to give some handsome money for my family. also i am having two years of working experience as a quality personnel.

Please let me know the best way of getting a place to do my Ph.D and also how to prepare me myself to achieve that...
