Eligibility for NDA:

The NDA I examination was alreay over, So if you have missed the chance in this year, then you can apply for NDA II examination.

Information Regarding NDA Examination.

Yes, the candidates whose age is 18 years and pass the 12th examination are eligible to apply got the NDA examination. NDA examination is conducted by the UPSC in every year for the admission in the Indian Navy, Indian Army and Air Force wing of the NDA examination. To appear in the NDA examination you need the following eligibility criteria.

Educational Qualification = Pass 12th examination with any stream. The 12th board exam appearing student are also eligible to apply for the NDA examination.

Age Limit = The age must be between 16 1/2 to 19 years at the time of appearing of this examination.

So, according to eligibility criteria if your brother age is 18 years then they are eligible to apply for the NDA examination. The NDA examination conducts twice in every year. Once in the month of April and other in the month of August.

dear friend,NDA is 3 step examination.conduct by upse every year at march and october and exam taken in august and april respectively.
eligibility- age between 16 1/2 to 19 year.
qualification: 12th passes with PCM.After 11th you can also apply but before joining u have to submit 12th marksheet.
first paper on maths(300),second paper on general atitude with 600.after qualify called for interview and then u can join pune institute.

The examination is conducted by the UPSC two times in a year.

NDA exam is conducted by UPSC.

1)Your age has already reached 20 years and the eligibility criteria says that you need to be between 16.5 - 19 years.

2) The minimum educational qualification required for the Indian Army is 10+2 pass candidates with physics , chemistry , maths with a minimum of 55-60 % marks.

here i am giving the requirements to appear in the NDA( national defense academy ) exam .

1) candidate who is appearing in the NDA exam must belong to the age between 16 and half to 19 years.

2) there is no requirement of the 12th percentage to appear in the NDA exam.
2) both types of candidates that is ,
a) candidate who are appearing in the 12th exam
b) candidate who have passed 12th exam
are allowed to attempt the NDA exam mentioned that their age must be in between 16 and half to 19 years.

The thing is that you can apply for the NDA exam at the age of 18 but you must be a unmarried male candidate as it is strict rule.

To tell about the NDA exam,it is one of the defence service exam and this exam is one of the UPSC exam and this exam is conducted by every year twice namely as NDA I and NDA II.

Candidates who are appearing for the NDA exam must be unmarried males. They must be atleast 16 1/2 years and not more than 19 years on January 1st or July 1st of the year subsequent to the year of the exam, so your brother can definitely apply for NDA exam.

national defence academy admits aspirants under different fields namely army , navy, airforce. The eligibility criteria for admission into the various training course includes
1. Only unmarried male aspirants are eligible
2. The aspirant should have completed their 10+2 exam for all the three fields. For navy and airforce the aspirant should have chosen physics, mathematics as their subject.
3. The minimum age for applying for the exam is 16.5
4. The aspirant can apply upto a age of 19.
