Re: Can i admit in M.Sc./M.Tech for nutrition without mathematics in HS?
It is good, that you have already got admitted in B.Sc. in nutrition sciences. As far as my knowledge goes, you do not need Mathematics for nutrition sciences.
In fact, you need Biology as one of the subject combination for nutrition sciences. Same eligibility criteria is followed by Shivpur University too. There you have the stream called M.Sc. in Food Processing and Nutrition Sciences. You will first have to apply in the university of Shivpur with your obtained marks in B.Sc. Nutrition Sciences. Now, along with you a lot of other candidates will apply. Among the list of candidates applying the top rank holders will be called for a next round of interview. If you are selected for the interview, you have to impress your interviewees by the deep knowledge of your subject. If you manage to do so, you will be selected for the stream. Your admission will thus, depend on three factors, namely- 1) How much aggregate score you obtain in graduation, 2) How well you give the interview 3) How many seats are currently available for admission that year. |
