you are not eligible.
just you follow the criteria.

Yeah Sure you can give IBPS Bank Clerk Exam after completing 12th standard with 50% marks.

IBPS:-> Institute of Banking and Personnel Selection


For IBPS Clerk, Your AGE must be within 18 to 28 years(18 to 31 for OBC & 18 to 33 years for SC/ST/PWD candidates)

You must have Mathematics as a compulsory subjects in 12th standard.

You must have Indian Citizenship.

Yes you are eligible for bank exam and government jobs if you are in SC/ST.
The age criteria for government jobs are:
Maximum 30 years for general category.
Maximum 33 years for OBC catigory
Maximum 35 years for SC/ST.
