BUT You, can't apply for the NET examination, because the eligibility for NET is a Master Degree in any Subject. So friend, you have no master degree at this time, so you are not eligible for the NET examination. with all good wishes |

Re: Can I apply for CAT, MAT and NET exam while in final year BSc with an aggregate of 70?
Dear Friend
Do not worry ,I am providing you the required eligibility criteria for all the three entrance exams after that you will be able to know whether you are eligible for the exam or not: 1.CAT : >>CAT stands for the Common Admission Test .It is the entrance exam for getting admission in the top most B schools of India that is IIM for the MBA course. The academic qualification required for the CAT is : >>Minimum of bachelor's degree in any stream like science ,computer applications ,business administration etc from a recognized university. >>You must have secured at least 50% or marks in bachelor's degree . >>Final year candidates can also give the exam. 2.MAT : It stands for the Management Aptitude test .It is conducted for times every year by the All Indian Management association for the selection of candidates for the MBA course for the different management colleges. >>The academic qualification is same as CAT except that there is no minimum marks that just passing % of marks in bachelor's degree is enough to become eligible. 3.NET : >>NET stands for the National Eligibility test. It is conducted by the UGC that is University Grants commission for the selection of candidates for the Lectureship and Junior Research fellowship. >>Master's degree in any stream from a recognized university with at least 55% marks in it is required . So after discussing the eligibility criteria for all ,you must have got that you are eligible for the CAT and MAT with B.sc with 70%marks.For NET ,you need to do your master's degree. Re: Can I apply for CAT, MAT and NET exam while in final year BSc with an aggregate of 70?
Sure if you want to apply for Master of Business Administration then you certainly can apply for the Common Admission Test (CAT) and the Management Aptitude Test (MAT).
As far as National Eligibility Test is concerned, let me first point out that it is not conducted for Master of Business Administration. NET is conducted for college lectureship as well Junior Research Fellowship. Unfortunately you are not eligible for National Eligibility Test. You can only apply for it after completing post graduation. With merely graduation degree, it is not possible to apply for the National Eligibility Test. Therefore you should focus on Master of Business Administration. After that you can apply for National Eligibility Test. To get admission for MBA there are several entrance exams. CAT MAT IIFT RMAT GMAT KMAT XAT JMET SNAP TANCET You can choose any of these entrance exams. However your first priority should be Common Admission Test. Most MBA aspirants first apply for the Common Admission Test. This test is conducted for the Indian Institutes of Management and by the Indian Institutes of Management. We all know that IIMs are the best MBA colleges in India. Therefore you should definitely try to apply for them. Common Admission is also accepted by various other colleges in the country. Some very good government and private colleges offer management courses through the CAT score. The long list includes Indian Institutes of Technology as well National Institutes of Technology. CAT Eligibility 1. You must first complete graduation. 2. With minimum of 50 percent marks. 3. SC/ST should complete with 45 percent marks. 4. There is no relaxation for OBC. 5. Final year students can also apply. 6. But should be able to submit degree before by the end of July of next year. Other exams like MAT, RMAT, KMAT are good for people with low percentage. MAT has no marks criteria while RMAT and KMAT are state level exams, in case you want admission in college near your city. GMAT on the other hand is for admission in foreign colleges. |
