Yes, you are eligible to appear for CTET. CTET stands for Central Teacher Eligibility Test and the entrance examination conducted by CBSE twice ever year.

As B.Ed is of two year course, so you can appear for examination. To appear for examination it is necessary that candidate must have passed Bachelor degree in any discipline and also have passed B.Ed or waiting for final year result.

To get eligibility criteria for examination or syllabus for examination visit at www.ctet.nic.in.

You have to complete your degree of B.Ed first then only you will be eligible to appear in CTET exam.
That is why firstly complete B.Ed degree course. Appearing candidates are not eligible to apply.

CTET refers to Central Teacher Eligibility Test and same examinations is held by CBSE for recruitment of teachers in government-funded schools such as KV, JNV, etc. and other private schools affiliated to CBSE.

As far as you are concerned about your eligibility for CTET being a final year of B.Ed then I would like to let you know that you are certainly eligible as final year candidates are eligible for CTET but your candidature will be valid for your recruitment as teacher only if you are able to submit your final mark sheet of B.Ed degree by the deadline date mentioned in CTET notification.

For more details regarding CTET eligibility and FAQs related to it, you can refer to the link www.ctet.nic.in.

Candidates should complete graduation with at least 50% marks and passed or appearing in 1-year B.Ed( now 2 year) course to apply for CTET(Central Teacher Eligibility Test).
Now, as you are waiting for the B.Ed result, you have appeared in the final year exam of B.Ed course. So, you are eligibile to apply for CTET exam.

As per the eligibility criteria, a candidate who is in the final year of B.Ed course is eligible to apply for CTET examination.
And as you are waiting for the results of last semester hence you are definitely eligible to appear in this examination.
