Minimum eligibility criteria for Ph.D Biotech? Any requirement for NET score?

i have done M phil. in biotech in Dec. 2009 . what is min eligibility for P hd biotech.? Is there any requirment of NET score? i m not having NET score! pls give ans. very urgent.

dear friend,

this will be dependent in college procedure but for phd course you must have masters degree. also you have m.phil degree so you are eligible for PHD prog.

if you have valid NET score then you are eligible for any institute for phd programme.

For completing Ph.D you need to complete masters in biotech first. And yes you should have either GATE/NET score for applying it.
