i completed degree in distance through so can i apply IPS and IAS?

What jobs are available after completion of BSc Nursing

any graduate should be apply for ias exam ? and he/she required any percentage . how to refer the right books to prepare for the examination . what kind of prepare shall we do?

IAS and IPS exam is conducted by UPSC through Civil Service Exam .

Educational Qualification:-

Graduated from recognized university in any discipline.

#### If your degree is recognized then you are applicable for IAS/IPS Exam .

#### Final year student are also applicable for IAS/IPS Exam.

Age Criteria:-

21 to 30 years for General category candidates
21to 33 year for OBC category candidates
21 to 35 years for SC/ST category candidates

Number of attempts:-

4 attempts for General category candidates.
7 attempts for Obc category candidates
14 attempts for SC/ST category candidates.

There is a single examination for both the posts whether it is for IAS or it is for the IPS post.

This single exam is the "Civil services Examination" which is conducted every year by the Union public Service Commission.

The Civil Services Examination is the most prestigious examination conducted by the UPSC.

The Qualifications Required for Civil Services Examination are :

* You must hold a Bachelor`s Degree in any stream from any recognized university.

* Those who are in final year of graduation are also eligible for the exam.

* Age Limit :



* You must be an Indian Citizen to apply for this exam.

* Number Of Attempts :

For General Category : 4

For OBC Category : 7

For SC/ST Category : No Limit

So , from the above mentioned , you can see that no matter whether the university offers regular mode education or distance mode , you are eligible for the Civil services Exam if the university is recognized by the UGC [University Grants Commission].
