sir, I m studying B.E(EEE) shall I apply for railway examination

You can apply in railway through IES exam, once you completes your B.Tech.
IES is conducted by UPSC. You can apply for IES through EE stream. Although there is no minimum marks required for this exam in eligibility criteria, but it is very competitive exam, lakhs of students apply for this exam, around 100-200 are selected finally.

IES is group A job. After clearing this exam, you can work in following services :

Central Electrical and Mechanical Engineering Service (Central Public Works Department)
Central Power Engineering Service (Central Electricity Authority)
Corps of Electrical and Mechanical Engineers (EME), Indian Army
Indian Defence Service of Engineers (Military Engineer Services)
Indian Naval Armament Service (Directorate of Naval Armament)
Indian Naval Stores Service (Indian Navy)
Indian Ordnance Factories Service (IOFS)
Indian Railway Service of Electrical Engineers
Indian Railway Stores Service
Indian Supply Service
